Credit card charged twice for movie

On 2 February, I tried to make a movie booking online. After entering my credit card information, there was a website error and I had to start again. But now that I've just reviewed my credit card statement, I see that I've been charged twice. I don't want to turn this into a big deal but I'd like a free ticket to make up for the fact that I basically paid for two movies but only saw one.
