I took my 2 pre-school kids to what Monsters University at River Square this morning @9h45. When we got to the kiosk there was only 1 attendant!!! And it is school holidays!!! We stood for more than 40 minutes in the cue (there was only 1 attendant) and missed half of the movie before we even got helped and that after I went to see the manager on duty without any effect - we just had to stand in the cue and wait our turn. It's expensive to go and watch a movie and now we have missed HALF of the movie!!! Even phoned the manager while in the cue - didn't even answer the phone... No wonder people is downloading the movies over the internet - because there is no service!!! I am very disappointed and don't think I will ever support ANY ster-kinekor ever again.
