Not helpful with their own mistake

After signing a contract for payments only due on the first, i make a payment on the 30th June, (My First payment).
Then on the first they cut my signal anyway, "for non payment which they then see is paid" I rectify everything on the phone with a lady named Claudette, which asures everything is up to date, and the next payment is R620 due on the 1st August. Wednesday the 3rd i get a message on the screen i owe R750.00. I call and they say no, only R45 for reconnection, So explain all again, to be told i must go pay my R45 and go sort it out at the shop where i purchased my DSTV.
Completely no help what so ever, Am i expected to keep paying the reconnection fee cause someone dont know what they are doing, If thats the case, Bye Bye DSTV.
