Today must have been my worst experience with DSTV staff ever!!
Spent almost an hour to activate smart card, sent SMS's, e-mails, system does not accept ID or smart card number. Cannot active smart card via the web. I have complained about this eight months ago on a regular basis
After more than 30 minutes I am still waiting for my Box Office movie to download.
This is pathetic
Come on DSTV this is the 21st century, give us what we pay for!!!
