After 17 months of receiving credits for unused Groupon vouchers - I was very impolitely told to read the fine print on my Ster Kinekor voucher and that I would not be receiving a credit.
I requested that my complaint be escalated and did not even receive a response.
In a fit of irritation i then sent another mail requesting that I be unsubscribed and received an immediate resonse saying that I would be unsubscribed with immediate effect - talk about bad attitude over R250 worth of vouchers!!!
