CALLED IN TODAY TO GET MY ACCOUNT UNLOCKED, WHICH WAS PAID ON THE DUE DATE AND I WAS TOLD TO WAIT TILL TOMORROW. NO OPTION WAS GIVEN TO SEND PROOF OF PAYMENT IN ORDER TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM TODAY. WHEN I REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO A MANGER I WAS PLACED ON HOLD AFTER WAITING FOR HALF AN HOUR TO GET THROUGH!! THE CALL ALONE COST ME 100 AND NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK!
