WHAT is this, NEW policy that when the money DOES NOT REFLECT I can not have my viewing back, This is the first f time i sit with this bull, NOT LIKE YOU CAN LOOSE EVEN R10-00 wow, this, I lost about R50 in a phone call asking to reconnect because the call centres is just as SLOW!!! I have the PROOF OF PAYMENT in front of me I HAVE A FAX MACHINE NEXT TO ME!!! but NO WAYS can someone help me to reconnect!!! Normally when I paid like this I phoned and in minutes I have my viewing restored, I am not on DEBIT ORDER for a reason and that is when I do not have money my viewing stop, BUT I HAVE PAID because there is a program I want to watch tonight, so THERE goes my money!!! yes I know it is not gone and I will be able to watch tomorrow BUT I PAID TO WATCH A PROGRAM TONIGHT... Your Policy!!!
