I Bought 5 Sterkenikor Movie Tickets via Groupn in Feb. Used the first 2 ticket for the 1st time on the 26/04/2013 at Cavendish. I tooks my kids (son and daughter) to watch the movie, The Croods @ 7:30pm and to our shock &suprise the tickets was already redeemed. I was so annoyed and angry because it was a few minutes before the movie could start, and my kids were a little disappointed as we have planned the outing long ago. I had to ask for the nearest internet Cafe, and I had to walk about 5 minutes oursied the mall, with my 1 year (I left the other 2 with Sterkinor ladies). I Had to go and reprint all 5 of my tickets as I did not not know which ones were Valid and which one were not. I went back to the Cinema, 2 of the Ticket we bough were "Redeemed". I let my kids watch the move and on the 29/04/2013 I made a Call to groupon roundabout 4:30pm. I spooke to lady and I explained my ordeal. She saud they were experiencing some problems with the vouchers but unfortuanately couldnt assist me as the matter needed her Supervisor who was not available, She took my #'s and to this day I have not received a follow up call from them. I fell like I have been cheated on. Plz respond
