Great Improvement

We go to the movies quite a lot (on average once a week) and we almost always go to the Nu Metro Cinema in Canal Walk. Queueing has always seemed to be a problem. Obviously we understand that the cinema cannot be held solely responsible for our frustration, but we both agreed that there is definitely a much simpler and more efficient way of organising the queues.

In the last two months though, we have definitely noticed a huge improvement in almost all aspects of the cinema. From the queueing time to the freshness of the popcorn. The time taken to get the tickets & snacks has been improved considerably. You still get the indecisive couple that cant agree on the movie or seats, but other than that, a huge improvement! Well done!!

We have also noticed that the quality of popcorn has also improved a lot (much fresher). Especially considering the price that we pay for the stuff, we expect nothing but the best.

The only logical explanation for the all-round improvement is due to change in the management. Whatever the reason, well done & keep it up.

The only criticism is the cleanliness of the toilets - but this does seem to be an issue within the centre in general.
