We have tried to activate both our primary and secondary service as we are currently down at the coast meaning our favorite programs will still be recorded, a function that does not exist on our secondary service. For two days the message is 'reconnection failed'. We have tried the call centre to advise that this service is not working but with absolute no success, just being advised to send an email from the self service help on the website. For this we need all our detail which is kept at our primary address and as such we can not complete the compulsory fields for sending an email. Something the call centre does not understand. Can somebody please assist?
