When I started with Silversands I called them as I was aware of PP being closed and they assured me they were legal. Today I get a letter from SA reserve bank regarding "illegal use" of my credit card by playing at Silversands.(ie as a South African you may not tranfer money to SS or play there) I now have to please explain to my credit card company about this. I would advise all players to close their accounts as transfer are definitely being monitored by the SA.Reserve bank. Yet Silversands keep accepting SA players and offering them bonuses. At the end of the day its us as the players who end up in trouble. Would like to know Silversands response to this as I am probably at the very least going to lose my credit card for this.
