I am absolutely flabbergasted at the behavior of the silversands support staff. I made a deposit into their bank account yesterday (15 February 2013) and when I mailed them to ask for the amount to be credited today, the response was that they could not trace a deposit that I made in December 2012, so on this basis would not credit my current deposit. They gave me a story about how they sometimes don't pick up Investec deposits and only once the account department picks up the previous deposit, will they credit me. Needless to say, they did not inform me about this problem previously so what has their accounts dept. being doing for the last 2 months?
Notwithstanding the fact that I have proof of both deposits and again mailed these through to them, almost 2 hrs later I am still getting no response from them. This is either terrible customer service or they have just my money.
