Me and my fiancee visited the spa to celebrate our anniversary. When we arrived and checked in we wanted to make use of the Jacuzzi which is part of the outdoor facilities. This was the main reason for selecting the spa at Silversands Casino to enjoy the outdoor section. Firstly when I contacted the spa to make the booking they did not mention that there were heavy building construction taking place and that the outdoor Jacuzzi facility was closed down. The entire spa experience was not like it use to be. We tried to contact the owners of the spa but found no information on Google. Why would they be so secretive? This was not worth the money we spent so I would either like a full refund or a complimentary day at the spa in the Pretoria area or a complimentary stay at Silversands Casino including breakfast and dinner for me and my fiancee.
