I have been trying to withdraw funds from my poker account since Monday 8th April. The casino says that it has paid the funds over from an FNB account in Namibia, these funds have not reflected in my account. Despite numerous email requests for assistance this has still not being resolved. I eventually got a 0800 number and spoke to a very unhelpful person (on 2 occasions) who informed me that the funds had been paid out just not to my account. I have email proof that I supplied the correct details. I was told that management dont speak to players!!! How am I supposed to resolve this? It is disgracefull!
