Poor customer service

A letter of complaint was sent to The Boardwalk Hotel in regard to the disrespectful and rude manner shown by a member of the reception team. The letter detailed the incident. The letter was also forward to the GM of the hotel.
As yet no acknowledgement with the exception an automated response confirming receipt of the email has been received.
It appears that Sun International does not respond to complaints.
