Not 5star service hotel

You cant call this a 5 star hotel as the service is is more like a 3 star hotel.
After been there more than once every time we return the service continues to get worse and worse. When you do make a complaint's it just on deaf ears. Not even the management seems to give a dam about the complaint's when you bring it up with them.
The only way off getting anything out of the staff is to be tipping them.
