So I decide to go to cinema with my boyfriend and a friend. We get there only to be attended by an extremely rude woman by the name of Tshibelesto.
1. When asked if we can approach the counter she glares at us and yells NEXT!
2. She does not ask for any of our club cards
3. She books us the wrong movie
4. When we confront her politely she starts shouting at us
5. When we ask for the manager we are told he is on lunch (this is at 22:00)
I don't know how ster kinekor trains there staff but it is unacceptable that we were treated with with such disrespect, no professionalism and not so much as an apology from this Tshibeletso lady who was so rude to us. To add insult to injury they offer us a free movie as if to brush off this whole situation. It about the principle of respecting others you can't buy my out with a free movie ticket. There is nothing that irks more than rude people and if staff at ster kinekor don't know how to treat people with mutual respect they should be removed and replaced with people who can treat those around them with mutual respect.
