Went to this movie theatre to watch the 5pm movie. There was 1 guy in front of us who waited about 5mins before he asked to be served as no one was at the ticket sale counter. He decided to apply for a movie card so we waited 20mins before we saw other ster kinekor staff we then asked 1 lady to serve us who then passed the buck onto another lady &that lady did the same. After which we asked 1 of the guys working there to serve us &he did because the lady who served the gentleman before us left as it was her time to go home &we were the only ones in line. it wasn't even busy there then. There's 4 computers of which of all the times that I have been there only 1 is in use. we have to wait 20/30mins to be served we actually have to go 2hrs in advance now just to book tickets &get our refreshments in hopes of making it in time for the movie. also the popcorn on that day was tasting awful, it was crumbled, dregs of popcorn in the boxes, the coke was flat &the flavouring was stale so tasteless yet we have to pay alot to be served that is not worth it or fair at all! Worst movie experience there not the first time though. Unacceptable & inconsiderate service &treatment received there!
