It takes 6 weeks to process a Refund!! Pathetic!!!

I cancelled my service on the last day of the month and my debit order still went through. (This is not the problem) I then requested a refund and was told that it would take 10 working days. ( End April/ Beginning May) The debit order was not coming off my account and i assumed the refund would be processed into the account it was debited from? They paid the money into the third party account using my name and the cheque was RD because the names did not match. To top this off, you didn't even inform me about it. I called and was told the cheque was RD, you had this information for 7 days and did not notify me!! Who's fault is this? All i want is MY MONEY back, how hard is that? Every time i call to follow up I speak to a different consultant and they seem to be getting more incompetent and Rude every time I call. Some of them speak to me like its my fault? There's no point in raising my voice to you because you are basically holding my money hostage and there's nothing I can do about it because the legal costs involved in getting back R1300 is just not worth it! I have gone through this site and everyone & their mothers have nothing but bad things to say about your service!!
