I have logged the following complaint with Multichoice
"What gives you guys the right to hold me to ransom? I bought a working HD PVR and you are essentially decommissioning a working product. You want me to pay an installer to fix a problem that you created, you have got to be kidding. I do not need any dish re-alignment etc. as stated on your website, I just want the PVR upgraded. Either you do this remotely or tell me how to do this or I will be reporting this to hello peter and the consumer services."
I am awaiting a response.
