POOR WORKMANSHIP AND FALSE INFORMATION

I moved into a new house and called SATCOMM DIGITAL SATELITE TV to come and re align my satelite Dish for the DSTV signal. the guys came and i paid them R300. they found the signal but did not secure the dish so when its wind the dish would lose the signal until it completely lost signal. I called them more than 30 times in 6 days and they made appointments which they never kept. I called different numbers on their website [URL Removed] and spoke to Clive, Martin, Precious and Alex and they kept promising that they will send a technician out which they never did. I contacted Multichoice and a guy by the name Justin responded and told me that the guys are not accredited by Multichoice so they cant help. According to the guys website they are accredited by Multichoice. below is the email received from Multi choice:
Good day Mr Masiya
As per our telephonic discussion, the company "Satcomm Digital Satellite TV" is not a Multichoice Accredited installer and therefore have no affiliation with Multichoice.
The matter of them claiming to be Multichoice Accredited on their website is a false claim & will be dealt with by our legal department.
