On the 06-05-2013 I MADE a atm payment from absa the amount was R340 i then called multichoice 0839003788 to recnnect the services to the normal compact servoce... but unfortunately the person that assisted me did a mess because they activated the full channel and its only when i saw they sent the sms of the due amount that ive realised that the amount was incorrect .and i called in on the 04-05-2013 and spoke to a team leader named Tebello she told me she will investigate but now the services were disconected and ive paid the account on the 23-05-2013 R290 and im an not going to pay for the full channel service because i didnt request that... please reactivate my services my account number is 82017136...
