Donald from call centre please get back to me on Case no 2912715 regarding the poor service I received from your N1 city Branch, you responed on the 10th of jan to my complaint 30 mins after I posted it on HP and tried to call me on my cell... please send me an e- mail ( [Email Removed] ) and I will put you in the right picture, my pvr decoder has still not been replaced and I refuse to spend anymore money on sorting this matter out that would have cost me R 480 in the beginning, to date R 1190.00 has been spent, my work no was also given but here it is again 022 7191912/3. from Lawton
