Disappointed that there is no subtitles on MNET

Hello Sir / Madam

I am deaf and I cannot hear, so I am grateful for what you have given me... the subtitles and I do enjoy watching your programmes, but on one of the series called "Blue Bloods" were showing yesterday on MNET (channel 101) and repeated again this afternoon and still there are no subtitles on.

I have been watching it since it started couple of months ago with subtitles which I enjoy so tremendously, but yesterday and this afternoon I am so disappointed that there are none.

Please can you help to set up the captions as right now I feel left out and also I pay Multichoice every month.

Please let me know if you are prepared to set up the subtitles for me and also for other deaf people too.
