I am a frequent visitor at Sun International outlets. Twice we have visited the Grand West Casino in May month in Goodwood and the amount of deodoriser chemicals that is put into the air conditioning system is alarming. Who on earth makes these decisions and why would this be a neurtralizer for smoking first of all. The smoking section near the MVG lounge at the entrance always stunk with heavy smoke luming in the air. I always spoke to the managers and ask why they never incorporated a better extraction system .force more air into the room extracting the same. This has now been added in the Chillers to the rest of the smoking areas on the floor as well. We could hardly breath and our throats were sore the following day. All our friends and relatives agree 100 percent. I took the liberty of speaking to dozens of employees and guess what. All were disgruntled but yet nobody speaks out. Grand West you are killing your visitors with this toxic chemicals that causes lung cancer believe you me. This will never ever happen overseas as I am very well rounded playing at American and Canadian casinos. Some of your Managers agrees with me and all I here is we will look into it. Beef up u air instead
