I ordered a Cheese Burger take out at Steers at Grand West on Saturday night 25 May 2013.After waiting 20 minutes I received my burger and immediately demanded a refund from the manager because the burger was ice cold. All I got was I am sorry. man I do not eat sloppy cold burgers that was made hours earlier and warmed through a little. I cook fantastic meals every day of my life, this is disgusting, On Friday morning at 2:00 AM were stopped at the steers outlet around the corner from Grand West Casino and ordered again 2 x Cheese Burgers from Steers. Waited again around 20 minutes only two of us there, cold burgers as we were pulling out. We were too tired to fight with steers again as we had a long trip home. Why are we getting such sloppy service from Steers Do they think that their fries would carry them and the consumers should be happy. Well we are totally disgusted. They would not last a month overseas. This sloppiness stems from Their Regional Managers and branch Managers not doing their dam work effectively. Regional Managers should be more proactive in their branches and this would never happen, Service at your outlets is slipping CEO and don't tell me you are unaware
