Wow, I am super impressed with the fantastic service I received this weekend from Multichoice. I purchased a DSTV Walka for my sister and was uncertain as to the process of getting it activated. In my mind, it would take a few days, also because I had purchased it on a Sunday afternoon. To my surprise, upon taking a chance and calling the DSTV contact centre number provided with the Walka, I was attended to by a number of friendly and very professional agents.. all working on a Sunday afternoon! I was run through the process and quickly activated my sister's Walka online. Within 15 minutes it was linked, active and the device was working! I have no words... Just that I am super impressed with the brilliant service. particualrly on a weekend! Multichoice serves is a real example of service excellence, and if only other SA companies could learn from them, there would be less complaints. Much appreciated Multichoice! :-)
