Multichoice
Discrimination

I would like to know why is that Multichoice chooses to discriminate against those of us not living in 1 of the major cities in South Africa
Multichoice advertises the DSTV Walka as DSTV on the go. This is only true if you don't go out of the city.
We (the rest of the country) pay the exact same rates as the people that live in the major cities but we can not enjoy the same benefits that they do.
The DSTV walka's are available in most towns and they are sold to the public and as soon as you try to use it you are told that the signal only covers the major cities.
I have queried this before and all that DSTV replied was. Return the walka for a refund. This is not the answer I was looking for.
I would like to know why would DSTV not include the rest of the country in what they advertise to everybody.
I live in Saldanha bay which is 120km from Cape town and we have absolutely no coverage.
I have a couple of family members and friends who received Walka's as gifts and all of us have the same problem. So once again. Would Multichoice let us know why they would discriminate against everybody not living in a major city. If we pay the same tariffs then our benefits should be the same.
