Error code e16-4. Service suspended. So i call the call centre. They tell me that my smart card has been invalid since 2010 and needs to be replaced. So i ask the guy, how did you communicate this to me? He says they sent a sms. So i ask him to resend the last sms given that he verfied and confirmed my mob nr that has not changed over the last 6 years. He could not. Simply because it is nonsense. So i ask to speak to his supervisor. He tells me that i received messages via my dstv service. Again, i ask him to just resend. Sadly no, he cannot. Really multichoice, such a grand and big company selling to your customers that you think are stupid. How can a smartcard be invalid for over 2 yrs. Here is my thoughts: i probably have a bouquet to many on my card and you would like me to pay more so forcing me to swop would push me into buying more channels. Fat chance.
