We have been Gold Card holders for quite some time now and go to the Casino atleast 1 to 2 times per week. I recently went and was playing a 2 cents machine MAX BET 300 credits at a time, got the Bonus spins 4 times on 300 and literally got 0 ZERO! Credits in the spins. I dont understand why you play big and get absolutley NOTHING. This is not only my complaint. I have been speaking to a lot of the Gold card holders and they all tell me the same thing. There are plently of regulars which have been going there and they dont give us Gold Members anything. I have started to go to the Langabaan Casino, although it is VERY small your able to stay in hotel for 15 points, and ive won something pretty much every time i go, so its worth the drive.
I would really like Grand West to do something for us Gold Members, to keep us happy, More payouts, better accomodation rates? Maybe Gaming Credits, something that will keep us coming back. I think these Slots at GW are rigged, they dont pay out like they used to.
