This must be the worst cinema experience i've ever had and even though it makes more sense for me to go to this cinema as i reside 5 minutes away i would rather go the extra mile and get a decent service somewhere else. booked the 15:30 oblivion movie. Obviously you cant watch a movie without goodies, went to popcorn counter to order . the counter looks like, pop corn and papers laying all over the place, i mean how do you operate in a place looking like that. secondly, there were no kiddies/small containers available so we couldn't order any of those. we had to get the large ones which half the popcorn was left behind. the popcorn flavors, only salt and sour cream available. i mean what the? im sure you make enough money to stock up? as if that wasn't bad enough. we went into the cinema where the movie started @ exactly 14:30 and 10 min later my husband had to get up and ask the staff when the movie would start as oblivion was supposed to play at 14:30 but it did not. Worst movie experience EVER.
