We are customers of M-Net for 25 years. May 2012 we installed DSTV. All went well, in November 2012 we purchased a PVR and asked for extra view. Since then every month they disconnect us, resulting in more than an hour over the telephone. We are then connected for a while and all of the sudden it is of again. They also keep telling me that I owe them R69, 95. Really is this how they treat old customers
