My complex subscribes to mnet and I pay for this in my monthly levy. I also subscribe to the full premium bouquet. As such I was I formed by our body corp that we should receive a discount on our dstv premium. The service has been done for other owners in my complex. The body corp have provided me with a letter once I moved into the complex which indicated this and I have forwarded this to the commercial division after visiting the multichoice offices in umhlanga. There was no response from them. I then emailed the commercial division and provided all the details. The reference number #1881273 on the 14/03/2012. I have not had a response after I requested feedback on 5/8/2012. I'm currently paying for both mnet and the premium package which is not acceptable. It is ridiculous to be constantly emailing the same documents over and over again without any response. Can this be sorted out once and for all.
