Treating my kids to the movies, I tried to book tickets through the computers in the cinema. Not possible to book 3 seats and then 2 sets in front of them - only allowed 5 in a row apparently. no one to help.by the time I got help by standing in another que, the seats had gone. booked for later as my kids were promised a movie . arrived later. got eats - R330 for tickets and R250 for eats 3 ques, finally entered cinema only to be told to re-que for my glasses at the eats counter again.
experience at movie house was terrible. the seats were great and comfortable but the volume was wayyyyyy toooo high.
I HAVE A 3D TV AT HOME. AND DONT KNOW WHY I WOULD EVER GO BACK TOTHE CINEMAS AGAIN. GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR DYING BUSINESS. motivation to come back ZERO.
