Still no refund, 4 months later!

On 19 April 2013 I was promised that my refund would be made within 3-5 working days. It's now 10 days later and guess what, NO REFUND!
This is in my opinion following false advertising. Firstly as the product they advertised was not what I received and secondly, they collected this item from me in December and I'm still waiting for my refund!
In no other business does it take almost 5 months for a company to refund you.
If you could email me my proof of refund I will finally admit that 'yes, you've kept your word', but right now, you are in breach of contract via an email received from you on 19 April 2013.
Should I not get my proof of refund I will take this matter to the consumer protection board.
