This "amazing" evening cost us R1000

We are loyal Monte Casino Nu Metro customers & decided to try Clearwater on Sat night to watch Despicable Me 2 (3D) & what a disaster. we collected 8 tickets from the self-service machines only to find a ridiculous refreshment queue that we stood in for 45min, we were already slightly upset as we had missed part of the movie only to find ppl were sitting on our allocated seats, the 1 family moved without a problem but the other family, which I might add had 6 people squashed into 4 chairs, couldn't provide us with their tickets (clearly they had snuck into the movie) refused to move out of our seats; eventually we called the manager (who was useless) she couldn't get them out of our seats either eventually I lost my patients (after 20min of standing in the movie by our seats) & I told the family to move as we were missing our movie & the manager stood there doing nothing as the man repeatedly yelled profanities at my friends & I & threatened to hit my husband. I understand Nu Metro has no control over rude customers but the manager on duty who just stood by watching & doing nothing about the situation is unacceptable. we spent close to R1000 & I am horrified at the lack of service.
