My husband paid our dstv account this afternoon at PnP and our services are still not connected. He then called the call centre to find out why and they told him that the payment is not reflecting on their side yet but that is not our fault because now we are looking at a blank tv while we have paid to be reconnected. I would also like to add that this is not the first time this happens and its not right. Can multi-choice please do the right thing and reconnect us.
