On Saturday 4 May we as a family went to Eastrand Mall to go and watch Iron Man 3. Upon arrival, three hours ahead of time, we were told the system is down but still be able to purchase a ticket. We were told it will be free seating. I was given a small blue paper stating three people will enter. We left to return one hour ahead of start to ensure we get good seats. When we arrive there the system was back on. I went to the teller and ask her what seats we can have seeing that the system was back on. She showed me and at that stage rows A to E was already booked up. I then requested seats F9 to F11. We were told it is fine and she wrote the numbers on the blue piece of paper. Now where did she made any record on the tickets she gave out when the system was off. The forthcoming trailers already started when they were still busy to clean and no haste at all. Well in comes another family and they had the same seats as us. Myself and the other gentlemen went to see the manager. His response was way incompetent and not interested to help as well as his personnel. Furthermore they had no coke and no small boxes for popcorn. They might as well close down there as no service at all.
