Seats not allocated and Terrible Service

On the 4th May 2013 at 11:55, We bought 6 Tickets for Oblivion for 14:50, but since the system was down, we were given a piece of blue paper and was advised that we can sit anywhere. We went in at 14:30 at which time the cine was empty, we picked our seats and waited for the movie, at 15:00 a single rude man, approaches us and informs us we are sitting in his seat, and shows us a printed ticket with a seat number, we informed him we were said to sit anyway, but he was adamant we six move for his seat, I went to the manager to resolve the problem, he was busy sorting other people with a similar problem, so he sent his assistant to help, she walks into the cine, sees the guy sitting and very rudely says us to move, yet we were there first and was asked to sit anywhere, We left the cine and approached the Manager and complained about the rudeness of his assistant. The thing we cannot understand was why he didn't approach the guy and ask him to move as we was sitting there first (and there were other free seats) and yet the same incident happened in the next cine he gave free tickets (which we did not want) and asked the people that got there last to watch the next movie.
