Is anyone listening to me???

In March I decided to get dual view which had caused me nothing but endless problems. In April, one of our decoders stopped working so I called your call centre to try and trouble shoot the issue. After spending an hour on the phone trouble shooting with one of your consultants, who was not able to fix the problem, she recommended we get someone in to look at the problem. At the end of April I got a bill of nearly R1800. Apparently when your consultant was trouble shooting the issue she unlinked the decoder which meant we were paying for two decoders separately. Why on earth would I want to pay double for two decoders in THE SAME HOUSE!! This was neither explained to me or approved! I called in twice on the 27th and again on the 31st of April to sort this out. I was told I just needed to pay in R625 as we decided to cancel our other decoder and they said they would sort the additional amount out. I have paid the amount to you but see I have a new message on my screen telling me to pay the remaining amount in otherwise we will be disconnected! Please can someone from your accounts department sort this out, I refuse to pay extra for an error made by one of your consultants!
