Purchasing of 3D glasses

On 01 May 2013 I collected by pre-booked tickets at the dedicated terminal. I wanted to purchase a fresh pair of 3D glasses at the confectionery counter as per the instructions on the Ster-Kinekor website. However, I was advised that the 3D glasses can only be purchased at the box-office. I was not happy about this as I did not have cash on me and would have made a credit card payment at the confectionery counter for popcorn and coke as well as the 3D glasses.
After the movie I reported the incident to the manger. While waiting for the manager about 4 patrons had to exit the complex to return to the box office to purchase 3D glasses. There is no dedicated attendant at the box office to sell the 3D glasses and you basically have to interrupt the attendant who is busy selling tickets.
The manager on duty confirmed that they are aware of the problem but that they cannot do anything about it as the regional management has prohibited them from changing the process. Can the Western Cape regional management please be instructed to conform to the correct process?
