I booked tickets online for Man of Steel yesterday afternoon for the 5pm show. The website advises that the price of 3D glasses are R5, 00 each. Swiped credit card and received tickets. Asked to buy 3D glasses from the "Popcorn" counter and was told to buy them from the ticket office. Asked to speak to management about the cost of the glasses versus the price on the Internet. First the manager argued that they are not included in the price of the ticket, which we understand. And, secondly, argued that the Internet doesn't mention that the glasses are R5, 00. Manager totally missed the point and such an attitude.
