The above messed up the billing of my tenant. This resulted in water and electricity going unpaid. To rectify this has been a nightmare. NPM does not return phone calls or emails, staff lie, and problem not rectified. Tenant has moved since and now I dont get any feedback on the money owed to me which should be paid from the deposit. Again emails go unanswered and phone calls not returned.
Do not use this company. They are useless!!!
