ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have been wanting to put in an offer to purchase for a property that Chas Everitt has advertised. I have been trying to get hold of the estate agent (Brian Robertson) who is dealing with the area i am looking in, but have not had a single response from him. The following things have been done in trying to get hold of him:

* I have emailed the Estate Agent (Brian Robertson) 3 times - no response.
* I have phoned him 4 times - and couldn't get hold of him once.
* I have left 2 messages on his cell phone and he has never bothered to return any of my calls.
* I have left a message with his secretary at the Chas Everitt Sandton Office, asking her to get him to call me, still haven't heard from him.
* I have gotten one of his colleagues to try and get hold of him, NOTHING! No response at all!

I am very unimpressed with the level of service that Chas Everitt offers its customers. I would not ever recommend them to any of my friends, family or work colleagues due to their pathetic approach to customer service. Its really hard to believe that companies are not willing to engage with and do business with prospective customers.
