Rental agent Acutts wants to rip me off with my deposit I paid to them. They are holding it back and are delaying to pay it back to me. And this lady Daniela O'brian said to me the new tenants had booked a B&B and that the cost of that will be deducted from my deposit because the flat was not in a good condition whereas when we moved out she was not there to tick the check list and see what was broken or not in the flat. And secondly in the spare bedroom there was an iron mark which was there when we moved in and now she denies all that and says we have to pay for the whole carpeting of that unit. When I try to reason with her she becomes rude to me and refuses to listen. Please help me because I really need my deposit back!
