Good Morning im terribly upset with your services and how you conduct business I phoned a month ago and was told buy Josie at your accounts department that they were dealing with a lot of accounts and our monies will be paid to us as soon as its send to the refund department.
Today I phone and im being firstly told my account has been sent to the refund department and shortly I get told that the whole R4500 has been used for renovations of that apartment for someone else and when my son and girlfriend moved out of the unit everything was fine the unit didn't need to be painted and fixed on our expense.
Im quiet disturbed and I consider this as you cant use my money without even letting me know what was wrong with the Unit.
I need my money to be payed back to me and sort out this matter as it's urgent, I've been very patient with you guys and my patient has ran out.
Please rectify the matter, failing to do so I will take the matter to my lawyers and report your establishment to the Property Services Regulatory Authority's.
