I contacted Big Bay Beach Club on 27 March, using thier online form, to ask about holiday accomodation. My Mother had contacted them a week before. I again filled in the form 11 April. Each time I received an automated email but as yet nobody has answered my query directly. I cannot find a contact number on the site and I tried directory enquiries but all I got was a number for maintenance who were not very helpful at all. Do they not want to rent out thier holiday accomodation?!
