Estate Agents NQF5 certification

I completed my NQF 5 at the Ditasa satelite campus in Alberton. My POE (portfolio of evidence) was handed in, after being recognised as "competent ". This was completed in May 2011. Since then, the evidence was given in for moderation to Services SETA.
It is pathetic to note that the people at Ditasa Alberton are referring me to services SETA for the delay in issuing of the certification. Upon calling Services SETA at the Parktown Head Office, nobody replies!!!
I finally got through to the receptionist and requested to speak to a Mr. Boytjie (name provided by Ditasa). "Sorry< he is in a meeting" was the response.
I asked if there was another person to speak to, - " sorry I don't know"
I then asked for a direct number for Mr. Boytjie, which I dialled, and Yes - u guessed right - The number has been changed.
So I tried calling the EAAB - "you are number 14 in the queue, it will take approximately 15 minutes to answer your call"
JOHANNESBURG - A WORLD CLASS AFRICAN CITY... my!!

Its about time that people are held accountable, if there was a monatory fine implemented to those that did not perform, we would see a very different result.
