These people take 32 days, and countless calls and messages from my side and no return calls for them to realize that they have not processed my Deposit payback as they don't have my details, witch where provided tot he account manager for the property. now they want to tell me I must provided final clearance from the Municipality so can give my deposit back for the property, 1ste place I pay separate deposit for electricity, so this has nothing to do with the property at all, seeing that final bill gets sent to your new address once the final reading is taken.
I had to leave countless message and advise this to my lawyers and hear that they are so busy that they take whole day to pull file and explain why my deposit is not payed back, as customer I don't care, do your job better and learn to manage your time. when you phone people are always on leave, in meetings etc, their is always an excuse of sum nature. when you get fed-up and rude due their service then people put the phone down in your ear, very professional? they also took the previous tenant deposit for damages, but they never came and fixed those damages. they are bunch of and are useless in their jobs.
