I handed in my notice letter 2 months before evacuating the premises in Northgate. I then left the place on the 30th November 2012. I was supposed to receive my deposit back of R4800 at least 60 days after evacuating and this hasn't happened. Mariaan Hubner, the owner of Nupen Properties either dodges my calls and when she does answer she tells me she has deposited the amount into my account, however when I check my statement I find this to be a lie. Four months after leaving the property I still haven't received my deposit back. When I moved out no one came to evaluate the premises to check if I had damaged anything and according to my knowledge I left the place in a good condition, as I had found it. I had stayed at the place for 3 years without ever being late with my rental payments and am still disgusted and appalled by how she has treated a loyal customer.
